    1. – I want to buy products, could you tell me if they are reliable?

    Before the payment, to confirm its authenticity, you can ask us to offer you its detailed information, you can also visit Olivias Beauty to see the details of the product, and then you can verify the information by consulting the relative embassy of the country where the product is located. You can also ask us to send you samples of the product you are interested in.

    2. What is the procedure to follow when an ordered product has not been delivered?

    Once the buyer indicates that he/she has not received the product, the Customer Service contacts the delivery service. Who will have to confirm whether or not the product was shipped within 48 hours by providing the following information: 

    – Tracking number

    – Date of shipment

    – Name of the carrier

    The delivery service will then have 2 days to transmit the proof of delivery if your product has been shipped, or ship the product if it has not yet been done. Without a response from them within 48 hours, the sale may be cancelled.

    3. Is it possible to return a product?

    After validation of the conditions of return with the technical support, the return must be made 14 days after receipt of your order (the delivery order being proof). The return costs are at the customer’s charge. Before sending your return, please contact the customer service: Upon receipt of the return, the refund will be made within 21 working days by the accounting department.

    – For a payment by credit card, the refund will be credited to the account linked to it.

    – For a payment by Paypal, the refund will be credited to the original Paypal account of the order.

    If you change your mind or if the ordered product is defective, please contact the after sales service as soon as possible.

    4. How to get a refund?

    To get a refund, you must first send us your order. It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If your return respects our conditions, we will refund the amount of your order within 21 days.

    5. How do I track my order?

    You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number from THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

    6. Are all your items in stock?

    The items we offer for sale are all in stock and shipped from our headquarters in the USA. Sometimes victims of their success, some items are temporarily unavailable. Don’t worry, you will be able to find them on our pages very soon! You can leave your email address to be notified as soon as the product is available again.

    7. Is the payment secure ?
